RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You must notify us of your decision to cancel your order before this period expires by emailing hello@capulette.com.

Items must then be returned within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their Capulette packaging.

Please include your order number inside the package.

We recommend that you keep the proof of shipment and the tracking number until your return has been processed.

REFUNDS

Under the right of withdrawal, orders placed online—including items on sale or at a discount—are eligible for a refund.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your request to cancel the purchase. Capulette may delay the refund until it receives the items or proof that they have been shipped.

Purchases made in-store are non-refundable. An exchange or store credit may be offered.

Customized products or those made to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable and cannot be credited.
