Returns & maintenance
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returns exceeding this period may be accepted at our discretion.
Goods must be returned at the buyer's expense in their original condition: unworn and in their Capulette packaging.
We reserve the right the right not to accept goods which we consider to be damaged or soiled. We therefore advise you to take care when trying out the pair at home.
Sales, pre-orders and custom orders are not exchangeable.
Only online orders (excluding sales) can be refunded.
Sales, in-store purchases, pre-orders and personalized orders are therefore non-refundable.
If you would like to contact us regarding a return or exchange, please write to email@example.com with your order number in the subject line, and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
To restore their shine and remove any stains, wash your Capulette by hand or in the washing machine (delicate program).
We also advise you to avoid wearing your Capulette in wet weather. Handcrafted doesn't mean waterproof!
