General terms and conditions of sale

Delivery starts one working day after the order is received. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Any additional customs duties or taxes for orders outside France or Europe will be charged to the buyer.

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 working days after receiving them. Once the goods have been received at Capulette's offices, we will proceed with the refund only if the return conditions are respected. Only the shipping costs will not be refunded.

When returning the goods, be sure to include a copy of the invoice with its number and keep a proof of deposit. Capulette is not responsible for lost merchandise.

Capulette will take care of the return costs if the goods have been damaged during transport. In this case, please write to us at hello@capulette.com and send us photos within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please send us an email at hello@capulette.com as soon as possible. Capulette will do its best to find a solution.

However, if the order has been sent, we do not guarantee an immediate refund, we will act on a case by case basis.
